Day 1 - Arts Week 2009

Arts Week this year is focusing on traditions and celebrations around the world. We kicked it off with an Assembly about some English Traditions - Morris Dancing. Poor Mr Hanson - the makeup was permanent....

This morinig when that man came in we looked at the 4 traditional dances . It was funny when Olivia made mr.Hanson come up to the front and dress up in a weird costume and put this black make-up on his face.

I really enjoyed the dancing eventhough its not mi thing. And Mrs Sullavan u can dance u should become a profeshanall.

it was weird when the man came in and just sounded loud i was sure that he was going to be nice.

poor mr hanson he had soot on his face (but it was only face paint)
oliva was good but for payback she got mr hanson to go up on the next one i feel sorry for him!

When the man came in, it was really fun. [better than doing numeracy!] I learnt four new dances. COOL!

It was really funny when Mr Hanson got dressed up!he looked ridiculous! I was fun doing the dancing and I would do it again if I had the chance.Great start to the week!
