Class One and Two enjoyed a day at Rays Farm to see Santa and the animals. We had a great time telling Santa about our Christmas wish list and he gave us a present to take home. Take a look...

Litter to Glitter
The Eco warriors have been very busy this term, we have launched a new appeal to collect stamps for the albatross (R.S.P.B.) also we have now got the flag pole for our green flag !
But on Tuesday 15th December someone from the Wyre Forest came to judge our tree; about 2 weeks ago we sent out a letter to ask the pupils if they would like to make a recycled decoration we had LOADS. Some were made out of bottle one was even made out of a record!
In 2007 we won the competition and we hope that's what we can do another year running all of us have our fingers crossed.
A BIG thank you to everyone who took part our tree looks amazing.
Also these were the 2 winning design from our school competition.

Pennies for Pudsey
On Friday 14th school council held pennies for Pudsey at our school open day. We asked all pupils to bring in any spare pennies for their class bucket. Throughout the day the classes bought their buckets down to the hall where our big painted Pudsey was. At the end of the day our Pudsey was full with extra help from our guests.
The total we raised was £158.00
Thanks to all who contributed

Knitted Nativity!
Well it is finally finished and proudly on display in the hall. I am of course talking about the nativity scene knitting project. In assembly on thursday it was presented to Mrs. Pritchard for the school. Sue from the post office came to see our work, she has supported the girls who have knitted the set by letting us borrow her own set. We gave her a gift from knitting club as a thank you. After assembly had finished the girls went with Mrs.Pritchard to show the set to ks1 so that they could all have a closer look. It is now in the back of the hall for all to see until the end of term when it will be carefully packed away until next Christmas. A very big thank you to the ten girls who have worked so incredibly hard every lunch time for weeks. I hope you are all as proud of your work as the school are of you. Well done all of you.

Christmas Poem
T'was the night before christmas,
Christmas Eve in fact,
Santa was waiting with his hat and sack.
Christmas Eve in fact,
Santa was waiting with his hat and sack.
He jumped down the chimney
with a ginormous leap
landing with his presents in a heap.
with a ginormous leap
landing with his presents in a heap.
He arose his big body to the christmas tree
but what he lay under was not a wii
but a playstation and a elf dvd.
He walked to the mince pies on the table they lay.
With a glass of milk and a letter which says
Merry Christmas to you, I have been good, see you soon, lots of love.
but what he lay under was not a wii
but a playstation and a elf dvd.
He walked to the mince pies on the table they lay.
With a glass of milk and a letter which says
Merry Christmas to you, I have been good, see you soon, lots of love.
Santa smiled and wiggled his belly,
he leapt up the chimney which was by the telly.
He quietly whispered Ho Ho Ho and with that he decided to go.he leapt up the chimney which was by the telly.
With a smile on his face and a pie in his tummy off
he flew in quite a hurry.
Merry Christmas!
