Amazing Art

In art, class 4 are making pictures that look like they're moving. We used craft knives. Mr.Marshall gave us pictures of people doing sport which we cut out and used as a template. Then we did the same on black card. After that we did the same on seven different coloured card. Then we stuck them on to black card and it was done. They look ace. We'll post them later.

Time Slips

Last week in litracy we did time slips, this is a story about going back in time. First we read Toms Midnight Garden and then we read through Silver Sword. After all this reading it was time for writing one. I wrote one about going back to Acient Greece, there were some about world war 2 as well. After, we typed it up so that they could go on display.

SATs

Hi, I am writing about SATs to say that if any year sixes are doing SATs they should leave a comment and maybe we could put a post to help you out so you are not so stressed and there are some good educational sites such as grid club and espresso.

Time-Slip narritives

This week in class4 we have been doing about time-slip narritives such as: Tom's midnight Garden by Philippa Pearce and The silver sword by Ian Serraillier. In class we have read though part of the novels to help us inspire us for when we write our own narritives. Our time-slip narritives are about anything from the Ancient Greeks to, World War two. We have had alot of fun writing these and enjoyed it alot.
