Litter to Glitter

Congratulations Blakedown! Because so many children brought in such wonderful decorations made from recycled materials to create a beautiful Christmas tree the judges awarded the school first prize in a competition which was open to all the schools in the Wyre Forest. The children were particularly impressed with the fact that the children had made the decorations at home. Let's make this a Blakedown School tradition!

I made a christmas present bauble. I did it by cutting up old christmas cards and weaving them then i put ribon around it to make it more strong.

I can't believe we won the competition. Thomas did some brilliant decorations. If they did it again next year I would like to do it.
