The Oriental Pearl

Yesterday we had a fantastic experience! The manager and the Head Chef from the Oriental Pearl restaurant came in and gave us a cooking demonstration. Here's who they were:

Mr W Deng studied at the Canton College of Technology specialising in food and catering. He trained at the Silver Indo Hotel in Zuhai, China. Mr Deng came to the UK in 1999 and is currently the Head Chef at the Oriental Pearl Restaurant.

The Oriental Pearl is the biggest and best restaurant of its type. It has a great selection of Chinese, Japanese, Thai and Malaysian dishes.
