A day in the life of a yr6
Have you ever wondered what we do at school? Sit comfortable and read on...
First we go to school and wait on the front playground. The bell goes and we go inside. For the yr we go in to the old kitchen to learn things for our sats. We have an hour and three quaters then a 15min break and then an hour until lunch. During lunch some of us have jobs to do like help clean the dinner hall with the dinner ladies. Other jobs like playing with the little kids in key stage 1. Some of us have school council and Eco meetings. On Thursday we have a reading club. Then at 1 o'clock we go back to our lessons 1 o'clock until 3;15 we work. Then at 3;15 we go home! Some people stay at school to do after school clubs like what I'm doing now. Other things we have are fencing and blogging
missing part two
I walked down the street and suddenly my taxi driver beeped his horn and said in a worried voice, "are you getting in or not!"
I shouted, ''Why do I need to get in, I'm here already."
"No stupid head!"
Matthew got out the car and thought, "where's is my hotel."
So they went to Matts hotel that he was supposed to stay in. When they arived there was still no one there, so he paid the taxi driver and walked in to the hotel. Then he rang the bell at the desk but there was no answer he shouted loudly, "is there anyone there!"
Will Matt ever find his way out of this city?

A day in the life of a year 5
Have you ever wonderd what it is like to be a year 5 now in 2006?
Being a year 5 is very hard. You have to set a good example to the younger children in the school. You have to do lots of hard work. But it is quite fun in some ways. It is fun because we get to bake things like pancakes and lots of other tasty things. We sometimes have different teachers but it isn't hard to remember there names, only if we have a new teacher it is hard to remember their name. You also have to help the younger ones to do other things around the school. Thats all for now I will blog more later.

The team, led by Rhona Martin, failed to qualify for the semi-finals on Monday even though they won their final game beating the USA 10-4.
In order for Britain to qualify they needed Denmark to beat Canada, but instead the Canadian team won 9-8.
When the result was announced Martin said: "I'm gutted that I will not be able to defend my title."

Blakedown School Blogs
Welcome!
This is the first post from Blakedown Primary's new blog.
First, some information about us. Blakedown is in Kidderminster which is in the United Kingdom. It is a village of about 2000 people, it has all of the usual facilities - a church, a post office - which is the local shop too, two pubs, an art gallery and an interior design shop - which no village should be without. It also has a great school.
At the moment we are blogging from class four - we hope to let everyone contribute eventually. We started blogging because our teacher told us to and because we thought it might be interesting to see our thoughts on the internet.
We hope you enjoy reading our Blog!!!
